Besa, Bondi

If your perfect weekend plans involve sangria, tapas and a long lunch by the beach, Besa’s new bottomless brunch deserves a spot on your list. Inspired by the intimate late-night bars of Madrid, the vibrant Bondi tapas spot has launched a 90-minute weekend brunch experience packed with bold Spanish flavours and free-flowing cocktails. Expect a curated menu of Besa favourites including pan con tomate, Olasagasti anchovies, raw beef carpaccio with goat’s cheese, confit potato tortilla, grilled chicken with squid ink fideua negra and smoky escalivada with sherry vinaigrette. On the drinks front, sip your way through Besa’s signature Rosé Sangria with dry rosé, blackcurrant and mandarin, or the La Identidad Spritz featuring apricot, mezcal and vermouth. Want to level things up? Upgrade to the Especial package for unlimited martinis, margaritas and dessert.

If you’re looking to elevate your weekend plans, Tanuki is serving up a Bottomless Lounge Lunch designed for long, leisurely catch-ups. Gather the crew and settle in for a flavour-packed shared banquet featuring favourites like salmon tataki, spicy tuna crispy rice and chicken karaage, all paired with two hours of free-flowing drinks. The beverage lineup includes Bandini Prosecco, Rameau d’Or Rosé, a curated selection of wines and tap beer, with the option to upgrade the whole table to bottomless margaritas for an extra hit of weekend energy. Perched atop the Cartier building, JŌJI is elevating the city’s rooftop scene with the launch of Social Saturdays — a luxe new take on bottomless brunch. Every Saturday gather your crew for a shared chef’s menu and 90 minutes of free-flowing French rosé or beer, all set to a backdrop of live DJs and musicians. With its refined new sushi direction, expanded à la carte menu, and entertainment throughout the week, JŌJI is fast becoming the go-to for those long lunches that roll effortlessly into evening.

If your idea of a perfect weekend involves margaritas, ocean views, and a playlist that keeps the energy high long after lunch, Salty’s Bottomless is worth locking in. Located directly opposite Bondi Beach, this sun-soaked experience kicks off with a Cali Classic Margarita on arrival, then rolls into a generous nine-course shared menu featuring everything from chunky guacamole and corn ribs to calamari, mac and cheese balls, gourmet pizzas, and sweet potato fries. Unlike many other bottomless offerings that leave us uninspired, Nour is in a league of its own, celebrated for its vibrant Middle Eastern flavours. You can look forward to a selection of mezze dishes, each showcasing the chef’s artistic flair. Crisp French rosé and Almaza beer keep the conversation lively as you dive into delights like shawarma, wood-fired eggplant, and slow-cooked lamb neck. Plus, there’s a $20 premium drink upgrade available that includes delicious cocktails!

The crew from Rocker have just launched their new boozy bottomless brunch—and it’s the perfect excuse to brunch like a Bondi local (yes, even in winter). Designed to channel those sun-drenched spring and summer vibes, the revamped menu is a deluxe spread of share-style starters and mains, paired with 1.5 hours of free-flowing mimosas, sparkling wine, beer, and rosé. The lineup includes Mount Zero olives and pickles, house-made focaccia with sesame and honey, local burrata topped with toasted peanut and chilli crisp, and crispy fried brussels sprout salad with macadamia, honey and aged Parmesan. Don’t miss the smoked mozzarella and mushroom arancini, or the slow-roast lamb gnocchi in a rich tomato and red wine ragu with aged Parmesan and herby breadcrumbs.
