  • For Database Building Competition products, EDP may share your entry data with the venue or business sponsoring the competition. This will always be made clear at the point of entry, and you will be asked to consent to your data being shared with the named sponsor before entering.
  • Sponsors who receive entry data are responsible for managing that data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003.
  • EDP does not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies and tracking

  • eatdrinkplay.com uses cookies to analyse website traffic and improve the user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us recognise returning visitors and understand how pages are used.
  • We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated data about site traffic and user behaviour. This data does not identify you personally.
