  • For Database Building Competition products, EDP may share your entry data with the venue sponsoring the competition. This will always be made clear at point of entry and you will be asked to consent before entering.
  • Sponsors who receive entry data are responsible for managing that data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003
  • EDP does not sell personal data to third parties
