Three Williams – Truffle Menu

Redfern’s favourite humble cafe has once again committed to a selection of dishes featuring our favourite fungi for the duration of the truffle season. Head Chef Fabian Mucke has developed a short menu of very moreish truffle dishes including Truffle Espresso Martini Tiramisu, Baked Triple Cream Brie with roasted quince toast, and Angel Hair Carbonara with smoked caviar, all served with lashings of shaved truffles. YCK Laneaways – Night Over Lights

From June 8 – June 20, the best small bars clustered around York, Clarence, and Kent streets will come to life after dark through food, music, entertainment, arts, and nightlife culture. The 13-day festival features a diverse program of over 76 events across 15 bars including Stitch Bar, Prince of York, Sammy Jnr, Since I Left You, and more. Sydney Solstice – Supper Club Series

Secret Sounds have combined the best of live music and delicious food and beverage to bring Sydneysiders four epic events. Expect a lineup of food by Australia’s most renowned chefs including Toby Stansfield from Fabbrica,  beverages by the best mixologists and purveyors, and live music by famed entertainers like Clypso. As part of the Sydney Solstice program 2021, the Terminus Hotel in Pyrmont will be hosting a free beer event from Saturday 12th of June to Monday 14th June. Drake Eatery – Ester Gin Pop Up

Bondi’s Drake Eastery is teaming up with the award-winning distillery, Ester Gin. The pop-up will take place on Sunday 13th of June and is set to showcase an exciting menu created by the duo. Eliza Food + Wine – Pork, Pints & Pinot Night

Head to Eliza in Darlinghurst for a night of pork on Wednesday 16th June. Hatted Chef Jeremy Bentley from ‘The Devonshire’ has crafted a 5-course menu, paired with three beers and two Pinot Noirs for $95pp. Menu highlights include the 24-hour slow-cooked pork scotch with roast cauliflower and sage, and for dessert, binnorie-washed rind, pear and glazed pork belly chutney with almond and pork crackle crumb.
