The duo, having worked together in the past, opened Table Manners to offer a diverse dining option in Bronte. The 65-seater is a space for every occasion, from bar snacks and cocktails to lengthy lunches in their booths. Expect great service in a chilled-out venue with an impressive 400-bottle wine list and approachable food menu. Table Manners encourages diners to “make a mess”, taking to Instagram with tongue-in-cheek videos showcasing etiquette fails.

The beverage list, put together by Cameron favours classic producers and vintages, with new, cult and rising producers. The lengthy wine list features 30 wines by the glass and BYO is welcome through lunch at $40/bottle. The cocktail menu features signatures like a Dry Negroni, with a grapefruit sherbet finish, and the Sgroppino, a blend of vodka, citrus sorbet, and prosecco.

Designed by renowned interior designer, Blainey North, Table Manners boasts a gorgeous interior. The dining room is bright with hand-painted murals by Sydney artist, Bec Fernon. The bar, serving as the venue’s entrance hosts striking wall art by Byron Bay’s Toni Clarke. The bar has six stools, with outdoor furniture to be added in the warmer months.

Table Manners promises to be a welcome addition to Bronte’s vibrant dining scene and has cemented itself as an individual in a segment of the neighbourhood that’s been missing a hot dining spot.
