Available this weekend only, Friday 17th November to Sunday 19th November, the pastry is something of an indulgent spectacle. Pairing a delightful medley of ricotta with confit garlic, roasted sugar plum tomatoes, fried rosemary and three-year-aged Carrasco Jamon.
