Pairing the world’s first quadruple-distilled prestige tequila, Patrón El Cielo, with luxe Umai Heritage Caviar, diners will be treated to a bump valued at $32 with every cocktail purchase from the bespoke menu.
The menu features three cocktails including; Patrón El Cielo Singature Serve, priced at $35 and featuring a nip of the sweet tequila over ice with a hint of citrus; the Patrón Y Passion at $38, showcasing a medley of passionfruit, vanilla and mint flavours and; the Patrón Tropical Spritz at $35, a light and fresh cocktail highlight Aperol, pineapple, basil and topped with prosecco.
Guests are spoilt for choice as to which venue they’ll visit including artisanal mezcal restaurant Santa Catarina, Circular Quay’s Londres 126 and Pott’s Point’s tapas & wine bar, Bar Lucia.
