Liquid & Larder To Take Residency In Redfern’s Newest Hotel

Liquid & Larder, Sydney dining dynamos, are set to spice up Redfern’s newest hotel when it opens in November.

Boutique hotel, The EVE is set to open in the heart of Redfern later this year and Liquid & Larder will be in charge of all things food and beverage when it does.

Known for extraordinary dining with famed venues like Bistecca, The Gidley, The Rover, and Alfie’s, esteemed hospitality group, Liquid & Larder will be taking charge of The EVE’s food and beverage outlets, including a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, and in-room dining.

The partnership marks a significant expansion for the Liquid & Larder group, with co-founder James Bradey expressing excitement about the opportunity to create a range of spaces and experiences within a hotel. The group plans to create a “sense of wanderlust” within the venues, paying homage to The EVE Hotel’s theme of urban escapism.

The EVE Hotel will house 102 boutique rooms and also feature retail, beauty, wellness, and commercial spaces. TFE Hotels, the operator of The EVE, shares Liquid & Larder’s vision for creating a world-class hospitality experience. The hotel is set to open in November, with further details about the food and beverage offerings to be released in the coming months.

With Liquid & Larder at the helm, The EVE is set to redefine hotel dining in Sydney, creating a new benchmark for the city’s hospitality scene.
