This rosé-gin bottomless brunch is all we’ve been looking forward to

Fun be-gin’s at the Provincial Hotel’s Rooftop this Summer.

What’s better than the combination of rosé, gin, and good summer vibes? Food of course. And lots of it. Provincial Hotel knows all about this, and to celebrate the warmer weather, they’re launching an exciting bottomless rooftop brunch from Saturday 19th October. The bottomless brunch features a tempting variety of rosé-gin cocktails, brunch classics and even a bespoke ice cream cart. The Prov rooftop has also been given a modern makeover, now decorated with colourful florals, neon signage and a set of wings for that perfect Instagram shot.

Life is dull without a few sparkles! Be sure to sip on the edible glitter infused rosé-gin cocktails using Adelaide Hills Distillery 79 Degrees Sunset Gin. Enjoy endless creations from The Prov’s signature drinks menu, such as the Sunset Tonic Spritz, Sunset Highball and Gin & Juice. Apart from cocktails, you can also order mimosas, house wine and selected beers

Indulge in breakfast and lunch to complement your rosé-gin cocktails. Classics will be available such as a bacon and egg burger served with salt and vinegar hash browns, or a Prov Cheeseburger. If an adventurous brunch is more your thing, try the fried chicken and waffles combination, or bacon, soft egg and mushroom pizza. There are also plant based options available, including the Prov’s burger with fried avocado, and a ‘Northside’ smashed avo salad.

For dessert, the boozy strawberry rosé-gin flavoured ice cream is a clear winner. Other options include lemon meringue pie, vanilla choc-chip (vegan) or Belgian chocolate (vegan).

The Bottomless Brunch is available from Saturday 19 October and all throughout summer, between 11am and 1pm. Pricing is at $60 per person. Bookings are essential. For more information, click here.
