If you aren’t beside the Mediterranean Sea this winter, don’t worry, this limited-edition lunch will feel just like it.

Woollahra’s Chiswick has teamed up with Australian homewares brand In The Roundhouse for an exclusive dining experience this August, evoking the sun-soaked shores and flavours of the Mediterranean.

Head Chef Daniel Cooper has expanded Chiswick’s famed collective menu, featuring dishes bursting with the rich flavours of the Mediterranean. For just $105pp, the “In The Roundhouse Experience” is as aesthetic as it is delicious. Lunch will be served on a stunning tablescape decorated with a limited-edition Chiswick X In The Roundhouse jug and platter. Expect local and seasonal produce throughout the menu, much of which is grown in Chiswick’s very own kitchen garden. Menu highlights include scallops with herb butter and charred corn, rigatoni bathed in roasted tomato sauce, and a decadent “Amalfi Lemon” dessert to finish.

Sommelier Georgie Davidson-Brown has curated two limited-edition cocktail jugs in collaboration with Bombay Pressé. Choose from the “Floradita” – a refreshing mix of Bombay Pressé Citron, limoncello, prosecco, raspberry, ginger, and lemon – or the “Orchard Punch” featuring Bombay Sapphire gin, Lillet Blanc, sauvignon blanc wine, peach, shiso, vanilla, and lemon. Each jug, priced at $59, will be served in the exclusive Chiswick X In The Roundhouse jug.

The collaboration extends beyond the menu with a stunning Chiswick X In The Roundhouse dinnerware collection. This limited-edition set features a jug and platter adorned with a citrus-inspired print. Guests who dine in August can purchase a piece upon booking to add to their crockery collection.

Alyce Tran, co-founder of In The Roundhouse, says “We’ve taken inspiration from Chiswick’s vibrant garden and the dream of a European summer to create a classic citrus print for the tableware,”

Bookings are essential and the limited-edition dinnerware collection is available while stocks last. Secure your spot here.
