Complement your meal with a drop from their extensive beverage list, featuring 20+ wines available by the glass. The rooftop’s dedicated menu will capture the essence of alfresco dining, offering a taste of the Mediterranean in the heart of Sydney.

With a history dating back to 1898, The Bristol Hotel has been a beloved Sydney institution for over a century. Keep an eye on their Instagram for updates in the coming weeks.
