Bar Besuto is transforming into a private members’ whisky bar, bringing its original vision of a more intimate and personal experience to life.
Members gain access to one of Australia’s most extensive Japanese whisky collections, featuring over 800 bottles of rare and sought-after drops.
The membership experience goes beyond the bar itself. Expect curated tastings, private events with Master Distillers and distillery presidents, access to select distilleries in Japan for private tours, and a personally curated guide to some of Japan’s best whisky bars. It’s designed for those who genuinely appreciate craftsmanship, detail, and rare whisky experiences.
Guests dining at Besuto Omakase are still welcome to enjoy the bar before or after their meal. Membership is $1,500 per year and includes a $500 credit towards your first bottle keep, with reduced rates available for interstate and international members.
