Surfpark dining has never tasted better.
The North Sydney restaurant is bringing its Mediterranean inspired cuisine to Sydney’s URBNSURF, for a taste of waveside dining in the city’s west. Only here, it’s a wave pool and not the ocean.
Retractable windows and a rooftop terrace complete the vibe, while outside surfers catch wave after wave.
The menu, designed by the Peruvian Executive Chef Matias Cillóniz, draws inspiration from the North Sydney location with some twists. Growing up in the countryside with an Italian grandmother, he honed his skills with freshly harvested produce.
Fresh ingredients are still a feature in his dishes, with seasonal produce and fresh seafood as staples. Items like South Coast tuna, a Mediterranean inspired crispy eggplant, grilled scallops and fresh calamari will have you forgetting you’re not actually by the ocean.
