When beer met pie. Young Henrys x Harry’s Café De Wheels have teamed up to create the ultimate beer-inspired pie.
The Young Henrys crew certainly don’t shy away from a collaboration, and now they’re making all of our beery pie dreams come true, with a new limited edition beer-inspired pie.
Teaming up with pie lords, Harry’s Café de Wheels, the specialty pie is inspired by Young Henrys’ ‘Motorcycle Oil’ porter.
The limited-edition pie is available from 22nd July – September at $7.50 each, and is made with premium Aussie top side beef that has been slowly braised with Young Henrys Motorcycle Oil beer, finished with a hint of mustard. Capturing the rich and hoppy essence of the beer, you can nab this pie from all 11 Harry’s stores.
This is the third year in a row that Young Henrys have brewed Motorcycle Oil as a speciality beer, the second year it has been a major seasonal release and the first time it has been made into a pastry.
On the collaboration, Young Henrys Co-Founder, Oscar McMahon states “Beer and pies, Harry and Henry… we’re pretty bloody stoked to be making a delicious wintery porter pie with the Sydney icon that is, Harrys Cafe de Wheels.”
