Every afternoon at 3pm, Mumm Champagne Harbour Bar will set off to cruise the Sydney Harbour, allowing you to take in epic vistas of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, all while you sip bottomless Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne (the good stuff).
If that wasn’t enough, the experience is topped off with a decadent share platter of fresh seafood. The platter includes prawns, oysters, smoked salmon blinis and calamari. Sip and nibble your way through the afternoon on the luxe lounge or outdoor open leisure deck as you take in the 360-degree waterfront views.
