The festivities begin in the 5-star location (literally) of The Sheraton Grand’s Conservatory Bar, overlooking Sydney’s iconic Hyde Park. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival before moving into The Feast Room where you’ll find a feast of oceanic proportions. 

Dive right into a bottomless live seafood bar of freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Balmain Bugs, and Blue Swimmer Crabs plus a bountiful offering of world-class Sushi If you prefer your seafood wrapped in nori.

Your $149 Sunday Brunch ticket secures an all-day seat at the table inclusive of bottomless Bloody Marys and Chandon Garden Spritzers. If you live life by the motto ‘go big or go home’ upgrade your flight for $40 and free-flowing Pommery Champagne will be included in the mix. 

As well as the dazzling seafood buffet, you’ll find several live private chef stations cooking up even more delicious morsels made to order. Slurp a creamy laksa with fresh noodles and your choice of proteins and tofu, oh and don’t forget to make a stop at The Pasta Bar where Chef will be serving your choice of fresh fettuccine or linguine tossed with all your favourite rich and salty Italian sauce. 

The full smorgasbord of live counters also includes; The Waffle Station, ‘Eggs Your Way’ (Poached with Truffle Hollandaise, please), The Vegan Butchery, Peking Duck Pancakes, Sunday Carvery, The Cheese Counter and a dessert bar featuring a show-stopping cascading milk chocolate fountain with all the trimmings.
