Pier One’s Pop-up Pool and Bar is Back This Summer

This summer, you’re invited to dip and sip under the Sydney Harbour Bridge at Pier One’s pop-up pool and bar.

Ever dreamed of taking a thrilling dip in the open sea? Well your chance is now thanks to Pier One, who have officially reopened their wildly popular summer pop-up ‘The Pool’, Sydney Harbour’s first ever plunge pool under the bridge.

This year, The Pool has been revitalised with a tropical new look in collaboration with Chandon x Seafolly. Perched on the hotel’s private pontoon in Walsh Bay, this year’s pop-up will see The Pool x Pier One decked out in Seafolly’s signature tropical Water Garden print, alongside sun lounges, deck chairs and limited edition Chandon X Seafolly.

Open now until 28th February, The Pool comes complete with pool toys including paddle boards plus a lifeguard and waitstaff. To appease your post swim stomach grumbles, a lavish food and beverage menu includes grazing platters featuring homemade dips, charcuterie and Aussie retro classics created by The Kerrigan smokehouse.

Accompanying this is also bubbles by Chandon and a range of retro-inspired poolside cocktails, shaken and stirred by the Pier One Sydney bar team. For those who love a good boogie, Sydney’s best-known local DJs will also be performing daily at The Pool, bringing the summer vibes.

Embracing the spectacular Sydney sunshine, The Pool x Pier One will be available to book for private pool parties or the ultimate summer hangout for events of up to 30 people, taking a dip alongside the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge at sunset from only $50 per person.
