Tune into Taylor Made Wines x Omnom Cheese Making’s virtual boozy cheese-making event this August.
What have you been mastering during lockdown? Whether you’ve been crafting epic sourdough or baking delicious banana bread, we’ve found a new culinary class to help you upskill while staying at home. The best bit? There’s wine involved too.
The team from South Australia’s Taylor Made Wines are teaming up with Sydney-based Fromage experts Omnom Cheese Making to host a one-of-a-kind Facebook Live event this August. Taking place on Facebook Live for one-night-only, this virtual buratta making and wine tasting masterclass gives you the chance to learn something new (without leaving your couch).
The event, set to be hosted on Wednesday, August 26th at 6pm AEST on Taylor Made’s Facebook Page, is free to attend and proves the perfect well to master a new skill from the comfort of your own home. And for those who are familiar with Omnom Cheese’s boozy cheese-making classes, you know what to expect from the live-streamed event.
This virtual event is hosted by expert cheesemaker and founder of Omnom Cheese, Marly Badia. During this session, Marly will guide you through the steps to making beautiful buratta. Plus, she’ll be joined by chef Will Steward who will host a virtual tasting of Taylor Made Wines (as well as providing his expert tips for creating the perfect cheese platter).
