Book a one-afternoon-only pop-up dining experience at Sydney’s iconic Cathedral Square with celebrity chefs Colin Fassnidge, Manu Feildel and Adrian Richardson at ‘Taste by Sheraton’.

The internationally-renowned Taste roadshow by Sheraton come is coming to Sydney with an exquisite open-air communal table dining affair at Cathedral Square. Three of Australia’s top celebrity chefs will come together to create multiple unique courses, paired with premium curated wines.

Your culinary journey will be crafted by:

  • Colin Fassnidge – Sydney dining-scene legend, starring in Delicious Magazine and My Kitchen Rules, and behind the menus at some of the city’s most awarded establishments incl. 4Fourteen.
  • Manu Feildel – Renowned French-Australian chef, featured across MasterChef, Good Food & Wine Show; leading restaurants such as Bilson’s to three hats.
  • Adrian Richardson – Melbourne’s iconic culinary presenter and chef, showcased on MasterChef All-Stars, Iron Chef, and more.

Guests will start their afternoon with Champagne and canapes at the exclusive welcome event at The Gallery at Sheraton. They will then be ushered through the gorgeous Hyde Park to the iconic Cathedral Square, transformed into a provincial dining forecourt. Expect rustic long tables, talks from Australia’s favorite chefs, a stunning grazing station, exquisite main course, and artistic desserts.

An extensive artisanal cheese display, succulent and gourmet roasted pork porchetta, tropical Almond Blancmange, and more awaits.
