This Bondi hotspot is offering a four-course truffle set menu for $99, featuring all the umami goodness you could ask for. The menu starts with toasted sourdough with truffle butter and truffle honey. Followed by creamy burrata with shaved persimmon and truffle. The truffle risotto is an incredibly rich and luxurious pasta course, followed by the star of the show: a perfectly cooked wagyu rump cap with a decadent truffle jus. Feeling fancy? Fabbrica Darlinghurst is bringing back its annual Truffle Lunch for one day only. On Sunday, June 22nd, this inner-city favourite is serving up a truffle-packed feast for $95 per person sourced straight from the lush forests of Manjimup, WA. Things kick off with their signature sourdough and truffle butter, followed by zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, finished with burnt honey and more truffle. From there, it’s a full-on truffle celebration, like beef carpaccio with mushroom and truffle, spaghetti cacio e tartufi, and even a truffled honey panna cotta for dessert. Held across two sittings, Fabbrica’s communal tables and intimate main dining room make the perfect setting for a cosy winter lunch that’s all about bold flavours, shared plates, and peak truffle energy.

Secret Foodies ‘Truffle Hunt Dinner’, Secret Location
Join Secret Foodies for a Secret Truffle Hunt, a one-of-a-kind winter dining experience held at a hidden location somewhere in Sydney (hint: North Sydney). Guests enjoy a multi-course menu paired with flowing wines. The exact location will be revealed via SMS just two hours before the event. It’s truffle season, with a side of mystery.

Bar Infinita, Gordon
Truffle season has landed at Bar Infinita, and the North Shore’s favourite Italian spot is bringing the goods. Running from June 10th for a limited time only, this special truffle menu is a winter indulgence that blends rustic Italian comfort with luxe ingredients.. With generous shavings of fresh truffle from Canberra’s ‘The Truffle Farm’, each menu item is set to hit all the right notes. Dishes include Gnocco Fritto with fresh truffle, Woodfired Pizzetta with fresh truffle, house-made Truffle Gnocchi, a truffle negroni, and the “Trufflemisu”, a truffle tiramisu.

Dust off your gumboots, the Black Tie & Gumboot Truffle Hunt and Dinner is back at Borrodell Estate on Saturday, June 28th. Expect an afternoon of truffle hunting, estate wines, and a fire-lit feast led by acclaimed chef Corey Costelloe. You’ll kick things off with a guided truffle hunt through Borrodell’s 30-year-old trufferie (the oldest in mainland Australia). Then, settle in underground for a five-course truffle-packed meal, paired with Borrodell’s finest wines. Gumboots are encouraged, black tie is optional, but a healthy appetite is essential.
