Opera Bar gets set to transform into a rosé wonderland with the 2023 return of the Rosé All Day Festival.
Prepare for a shimmering shade of pink at Sydney’s most picturesque bar, Opera Bar, this September. Embrace the advent of spring while reveling in the diverse forms of rosé – from still to sparkling, and spritz to soft serve ice-cream – at the enchanting Rosé All Day extravaganza. The festivities launch on Friday, September 8, and extend for a joyous 10 days until Sunday, September 17.
As you bask in the enchanting harbour views, savour Opera Bar’s signature drinks. Immerse yourself in the classic Frosé, the revitalising Rosé Spritz, or indulge in the Coming up Rosé cocktail, featuring rosé vermouth, monin strawberry, watermelon juice, Belvedere vodka, and Chandon sparkling rosé. Delight in the Bro-goni cocktail, a creative twist on the classic negroni, blending Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol, and rosé vermouth.
Before you depart, be sure to experience the delightfully Instagrammable rosé soft serve cup, adorned with dehydrated raspberries. Opera Bar’s pink-inspired menu includes treats like beetroot hummus paired with rosemary flatbread, salmon rillette with brioche and chives, and strawberry ice-cream with a peach gel. Tickets are priced at just $40, granting access and three rosé drinks of your choice.
