Welcome to QT Sydney Parlour… Sean Connolly is leading this neo-French bistro experience where good taste triumphs over all.

QT Sydney, the renowned dining destination and boutique hotel, has unveiled Parlour, an all-day neo-French bistro that’s causing quite a stir. With Creative Director of Food and Beverage, Chef Sean Connolly, at the helm, this sultry pocket of Paris promises a delightful fusion of classic French fare with a retro twist. You may be familiar with his work from Gowings...

Situated on Market Street, Parlour is a hidden gem rich in history and charm. With its low-lit and intimate ambience, it’s the perfect spot for a romantic rendezvous or a lively late-night gathering. Chef Sean Connolly draws upon his classical training to craft an approachable yet delectable menu that pays homage to the “French avant-garde.” Joining him in the kitchen is Head Chef Kenny Radegonde, boasting over 17 years of industry experience and his own creative flair.

Highlight dishes on the menu include Escargot with smoked ham, pea puree, and garlic Pernod butter, Steak Hache à Cheval made with wagyu brisket served with frites, fried egg, and pepper sauce, and Coffee Crème Brûlée caramelised à la minute. The supper menu offers late-night delights such as Raclette Cheese or Confit Duck Jaffle, served with garlic butter jus and Comté crisps, as well as Crepe Suzette Flambé and Profiterole Dame Blanche for dessert.

The wine list showcases over 350 wines, including French and Australian icons, emerging stars, and avant-garde producers. Under the expert guidance of Chris Morrison, the Director of Beverage for QT, who steered the group to the remarkable achievement of receiving 18 glasses at the 2022 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards, you can rest assured that the wine experience at Parlour will be exceptional.

The beverage menu also offers a collection of classic cocktails with a contemporary twist, paying homage to the world’s most renowned cocktails throughout history. Highlights include French 75, Green Fairy with Absinthe, Champagne Framboise, Martini Francois, Kir Royale, and Crème Brûlée Martini.

The restaurant vibe is cosy and carefree, embodying the essence of Parisian charm. Parlour is Sydney’s new way to soirée, welcoming all with open arms.

Parlour is open Monday – Sunday from 6:30am (yep, you read that right). Find out more here.
