Ricos Tacos will move into the 100-year-old Redfern pub and transform the upstairs lounge into a late-night disco!
Nestled inside The Norfolk in Redfern, Ricos Tacos is set to bring a taste of Mexico to Sydney’s dining scene. This two-story taqueria, formerly a food truck, is gearing up for a grand opening weekend starting on September 23rd.
Downstairs, Ricos Tacos maintains its casual and familiar vibe, offering a delectable menu featuring quesadillas and shareable plates. However, there’s more to explore as you head upstairs to Club Ricos, a fusion of a disco and sports bar. The decor pays homage to Mexican spots from the 1960s, complete with retro vinyl seats and neon lighting. DJs will keep the party going on opening night.
Starting on September 24th, Ricos Tacos will introduce “Sunday Asadas,” featuring a grilled beef BBQ experience beginning at noon. It’s a delightful way to spend your Sundays.
