The Nags Head Hotel will be home to Winstons, a gastropub by Nelly Robinson.

Known for his fine dining expertise at NEL in Surry Hills, Robinson now brings his passion for British cuisine to Sydney with a unique dining concept.

Winstons is set to redefine the gastropub experience, blending the warmth of classic British pub fare with Michelin-starred sophistication. Robinson’s vision is deeply rooted in British culinary traditions, promising a menu that celebrates hearty, flavour-packed dishes with a contemporary touch. “My inspiration is deeply British,” Robinson explains. “I aim to elevate the gastropub experience by reimagining the dishes I grew up with, adding a unique flair that will delight the senses.” Winstons offers distinct spaces, with its own vibe. The ground-floor gastropub is open now, serving modern takes on British classics. The Tasting Menu Experience, starting on Thursday 5th September 2024, promises a journey through British gastronomy, with dishes inspired by legends like Heston Blumenthal and Tom Kerridge, with Robinson’s unique twist.
