Summer in Sydney just got even better, as the iconic Moonlight Cinema makes its return to Centennial Parklands.
From late November 2024 to March 2025, Sydneysiders can enjoy a season filled with blockbuster hits and Christmas classics, all while basking under the open night sky.
The December program has just dropped, showcasing an impressive line-up of some of the year’s biggest films, from box-office smashes to nostalgic holiday favourites. Fans can catch new releases like Wicked, Gladiator II, Heretic, and Deadpool and Wolverine alongside the long-awaited Robbie Williams biopic, Better Man, arriving on Boxing Day. For a bit of throwback magic, iconic titles like Mean Girls (2004) and Barbie will also grace the screen.
For those in the holiday spirit, Moonlight has two full weeks of Christmas cheer lined up, featuring beloved favourites like Elf, Love Actually, The Holiday, and Home Alone – just what you need to get cosy and festive under the stars. And families won’t want to miss Inside Out 2 and an exclusive preview of Paddington in Peru.
