This Saturday 11th of October the Festival Of Desserts known as ‘Sweet As’ will be celebrating different sweet flavours from across the globe. In conjunction with Good Food Month, the day will include a variety of sample sweets from Lebanon, the Pacific Islands, India Uruguay, Chile, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Italy and England.

The sweets festival will take place at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, in Liverpool and will include free live entertainment, creative workshops for the whole family and the chance to try desserts from different parts of the world, with sweets starting from $2. The festival, in its 4th year, is a celebration of different flavours and tastes as well as the experience of different cultures.
Entry is free and there is ample free parking across from the event.
