Sydney’s best and brightest take to the street with EatSummer!

Well that was quick! Summer is just around the corner and this weekend the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park will be celebrating the arrival of the warmer months with EatSummer.
This Saturday, a range of chefs, restaurateurs, brewers and other drink and foodie friends will descend on Heritage Park to showcase the diverse wonders of Sydney’s eating scene. The open-air market will unite Sydney food staples with emerging chefs and street food operators for a unique sensory experience.
Banh Xeo Bar EatSummer
Beneath the shade of Sydney’s famous fig trees, some of the city’s restaurant mainstays including Fratelli Fresh, NOLA Smokehouse and BarIndu Dining, Lotus Dining and Tequila Mockingbird will transport the mayhem of the kitchen to the streets. EatSummer will also celebrate Sydney’s bustling street food scene. The likes of Banh Xeo Bar, Agape and Australia’s Oyster Coast will rub shoulders with the big names of the city’s food scene.
EatSummer Black Star Pastry
After recently opening its shiny new HQ in Moore Park, Black Star Pastry will be on hand to provide sweet treats. The evening market will also feature dessert delights from Truffula Sweetery Cakes, Nutie Donuts and Cow and the Moon Gelateria.
EatSummer Archie Rose
Kicking off at 3pm, EatSummer runs until 10pm. What better way to celebrate the weekend than with a pop up gin bar? Local distillers Archie Rose will open up a stall exclusively for Eatsummer. Meanwhile Tyrrell’s new release wines, Estrella Daam beer, spirits from Vodka O and Tequila Blu will all be served at the market’s three other bars.
After being wined and dined you will surely be in the mood to take to the floor. Known for his early 2000s bangers, ex-Sneaky Sound System member Damien Hesse has organised a DJ set to keep the party going.
Presented by Sandersons Mercedes-Benz, EatSummer is a welcome street fusion of everything that we love about this great city!
