CIRCA 1876
If you’d rather head out of town this Silly Season then head to good ol’wine country, Hunter Valley. Circa 1876 is set in the expansive acreage of the tranquil guesthouse Peppers Convent in the Hunter Valley. Foodies and wine aficionados will love the mouthwatering five course menu designed by Executive Chef Trent Barrett. The produce will be sourced from the onsite, organic kitchen garden. Highlights include the wild mushroom risotto with parmesan wafer, basil oil and truffle foam, and the mini pavlova with fresh fruit chantilly cream and custard.
