But this November, you can save yourself the road trip by heading along to Central Quarter’s next installment of their Wine & Dine dinner series. After launching back in August, Central Quarter at Four Points by Sheraton has played host to some of NSW’s top winemakers for a monthly dinner series. Each evening is a celebration of a different wine region accompanied by the very best seasonal dishes, courtesy of the restaurant’s talented chefs.

Join Damian Shaw for an intimate dining experience to celebrate one of Orange’s pioneering premium vineyards.

The event marks 30 years since Philip Shaw planted his Koomooloo Vineyard, an iconic Orange destination renowned as a leader in cool-climate winemaking. The Orange region itself holds a special place in the hearts of wine connoisseurs, standing as one of only a handful of cool-climate regions in Australia. At Philip Shaw’s Koomooloo vineyard, respect for the land is fundamental to their process. Paired with decades of experience, hard work and a touch of creative thinking, the team understands what it takes to create a delicious drop.

And at this exclusive winemakers dinner, you’ll get to taste the best of it all. Enjoy a 4 course menu created from local produce and matched to 7 wines handpicked from Philip Shaw’s cellar door.
