The team (responsible for other sweet treat destinations such as Passiontree Velvet Patisserie, THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies) are on the mission to make this venue Sydney’s most iconic local bakehouse in the heart of the CBD. From serving top-notch croissants to being the go-to destination for office birthday and celebration cakes, Banksia Bakehouse has big plans to become an iconic cake shop in the heart of Sydney.
Nestled in the middle of the CBD, Banksia Bakehouse’s handmade pastries and pies draw inspiration for Australian native flora to deliver delicious and unique sweet treats. The venue, surrounded by three walls of glass, elegantly showcase the selection of delights on offer, including cakes, croissants and pastries.
