At $145 per person, indulge in a delectable flame-licked menu that puts the sumptuous crayfish in the limelight. Feast on Charcoal Crayfish Karaage accompanied by squid-ink mayo, followed by Crayfish Hako Sushi delicately flavoured with kizami wasabi.
