Feast on Charcoal Crayfish Karaage accompanied by squid-ink mayo, followed by Crayfish Hako Sushi delicately flavoured with kizami wasabi. Continue the culinary journey with a Barbecued Crayfish Skewer, lavished with yuzu togarashi butter and served alongside pickles.
