Chef Otto, celebrated for his mesmerising vegan dessert “La Floraison”, which secured him the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in 2019, will be showcasing his award-winning skills at Sucre Du Jour this Sunday, for one day only. This exclusive collab will fuse Chef Otto’s creativity with Sucre Du Jour’s passion for pastry with a collab you won’t want to miss.

About The Event:

The exclusive event will feature two scrumptious cakes by Chef Otto Tay alongside two delectable cakes by Suce Du Jour’s Eigen Ting. These unforgettable desserts will only be available on the day, so if you want a slice of heaven, you need to get down to Camberwall’s favourite pastry shop. Other than securing 2019’s Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, Chef Otto hails from Muar in Malaysia and has a rich culinary background, having worked in bakeries, hotels, conference centres, and even as a pastry instructor and brand ambassador. And, alongside his World Pastry Championship trophy, Chef Otto also secured the Best Taste and Best Showpiece Buffet awards. So deliciousness is pretty much guaranteed!
