Chef Ankit Padmani’s ‘Market to Plate’ menu at Brick Lane Market brings local produce into the spotlight. Featuring dishes like the slow-cooked Victorian Lamb Shoulder and organic Heirloom Tomato salad, crafted from the freshest QVM ingredients, it promises a unique and delightful dining experience. This approach not only pleases patrons but also supports local farmers, enhancing the community-focused dining experience.
