The secret’s out of the bag. Lady Croser is here and she’ll be popping up in Melbourne for 6 weeks starting this Thursday 14th November at Left Bank in Southbank.
Who exactly is Lady Croser you might ask? She is the epitome of the Croser spirit, wearing a custom designed floral sparkling skirt by Sydney based designer Andea Barrett. Glasses of Croser’s world class sparkling wines adorn the skirt, sourced from the picturesque Adelaide Hills wine region.
Get in quick to grab Croser wines for sale – Croser NV ($11), Croser NV Rosé ($11) and Croser Vintage 2015 ($14). There will also be cocktails available everyday inspired by the taste of summer. The fruity Maverick ($16) features Croser rosé with passionfruit pulp and peach puree, topped off with vodka and vanilla extract. The Le Soiree ($16) combines Croser rosé with orange juice, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters for a refreshing combination. Or perhaps you can try the Spritz Royale ($16), mixing Croser rosé with aperol, grenadine, aromatic bitters and a splash of soda water.
