Australia’s largest-ever sober festival, Xstatic Wonderland, is taking place at Sydney Town Hall later this month with an incredible line-up of music, performers and live acts.
The rumours are true, dry is the new black, and we’re here for it. Whether you’re sober or sober-curious, there’s no denying the satisfaction of waking up fresh-faced on a Sunday morning. Combine that with having spent your Saturday frolicking at a Mad Hatters Tea Party? You’ve got yourself a winning weekend. After being postponed 6 times due to Covid and then the wet weather, Xstatic Wonderland Festival is set to take place this October.
Right in the heart of our city, Xstatic Sunsets are turning Sydney’s Town Hall into a Wonderland of music, colour and creativity. The one-day festival experience will be centred around a co-created Alice in Wonderland-inspired Tea Party.
The Mad Hatters Tea Party
Guests are invited to dress up as their favourite Alice in Wonderland characters to join the Tea Party of the year. Long tables full of colour will lead up to the main stage and dance floor, where music blends in with the sound of laughter and silliness.
The festival features two themed stages all set for performances from King Tide and True VibeNation playing Dub & Reggae, Krystle Diola bringing the funk and soul, and Lauren Neko playing the house classics. Dave Winnel will be leading the dance floor, encouraging guests to leave their inhibitions at the door. The line-up also includes stand-up comics, inspiring talks, and a magical theatrical Rabbit Hole Experience!
0% Alcohol, 100% Fun
Founder, Jasper Vallance, has previously run parties for Burning Man and is bringing the same energy to this event. Enjoy the natural highs of a unique festival experience, and still be able to remember it all the next morning.
Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by James Squires and Seadrift Distillery, with extensive food options available, BYO food options or the opportunity to sit at the Mad Hatters VIP Tea Party.
