This winter activation is happening every day of the week from 12pm — indulge in boozy acai soft serve, 2 hours of bottomless frosé (with unlimited toppings), bottomless truffle fries and cocktail towers.
Untied was designed to be an elevated urban sanctuary, with an indoor-outdoor floorplan and panoramic harbour views. The decor pulls inspiration from far North Queensland, with rich green plants and vibrant hues reminiscent of rainforests and beachfronts. Find a spot in the more casual outdoor bar or opt for indoor seating with rich interior features and black marble mosaics.
Like any other Untied event, nothing comes without a sweet twist. At just $16, their boozy acai soft serve is blended with delicious berries, acai puree and Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum & Malibu. Plus, every soft serve gets access to Untied’s famed lolly wall. Customise your soft serve with toppings of your choice, including rainbow sour straps, gummy bears, jelly beans and sour gummy worms. If kicking back with a frosé is more your style, make sure to book in for the bottomless frosé package instead, giving you access to unlimited slushie cocktails for just $49pp (with lollies included, of course). You also have the option of adding bottomless truffle fries for an additional $15pp.
For larger groups who are looking for something bigger, share in an exclusive lighted cocktail tower, available in three delicious flavours – Glow Pink Or Go Home, Green Machine and Rum & Dumber. Glow Pink Or Go Home is a refreshing mix of Pink Gin, cucumber, lime and lemonade, Green Machine combines vodka, Midori Melon, pineapple and lemonade, and Rum & Dumber is a burst of Caribbean flavours, with coconut rum, spiced rum, passionfruit and pineapple.
