Connolly is bringing back our love of oysters with special deals and activities running throughout the month of August. How many oysters can you eat? Test your skills with $1 oysters from 6-7pm daily. Try your luck in the oyster eating competition, held on the 19th of August, and see how fast you can eat three-dozen oysters! Or take an oyster masterclass and learn how to shuck the little suckers yourself.

Along with these activities and specials, Connolly has created an ‘oyster menu’ for the special month, filled with his favourite oyster dishes. The oyster slider is a must-have and makes those little burgers better than ever. An oyster omelette is another item on the menu, alongside the delicious oyster chowder served in a coffee cup.
