SRG Hospitality is making waves with their biggest move yet, taking over all food and beverage operations at The Langham Sydney in a partnership that marks the restaurant group’s first venture into hotel dining.

After 25 years of running iconic Sydney restaurants, the hospitality powerhouse is bringing their expertise to the luxury hotel’s entire F&B portfolio.

The real excitement centres around a brand new restaurant concept launching in February 2026, helmed by Head Chef Sam Tuchband. His impressive credentials include stints at London’s Trinity, plus local favourites Franca and Aria, promising serious culinary firepower for the hotel’s dining scene.

This comprehensive takeover includes the restaurant, bar, event spaces, and in-room dining, with a complete reimagination and staggered relaunches planned throughout 2026. The partnership also coincides with a generational shift at SRG, as founder Bill Drakopoulos passes the reins to his sons Daniel and Perry as Co-Managing Directors.
