Housed in the former Emerald City Motors building on Victoria Street, The Emerald Room carries a touch of history with a dash of modern glamour. Gone are the days of grease and car parts; the space has been transformed into a sophisticated haven for those seeking an evening out.

The brains behind The Emerald Room are hospitality veterans Brandon Martignago and Joshua Pullen. Their vision? To create a space where Sydneysiders can enjoy a delectable meal, sip on expertly crafted cocktails, and be thoroughly entertained – all under one roof.

The evening unfolds in two acts. From 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, The Emerald Room offers a “Dinner and Show” experience where guests will be indulging in a three-course meal prepared by chefs Nina “Teddie” Huynh and Elijah Attard, both known for their innovative culinary creations. While you savour your meal, a captivating live performance takes centre stage. Whether it’s a night of cabaret, live music, or a touch of burlesque, The Emerald Room promises an evening of delightful surprises.

For those who prefer a later start, the night doesn’t end at 10 pm. The venue transforms into a stylish late-night destination with a dedicated “Nightcap” menu. Here, you can choose from a selection of tempting nibbles, perhaps a decadent lobster roll or a juicy burger, alongside classic cocktails prepared by Nick Chapman, a name synonymous with exceptional mixology.
