Save The Date: The Dolphin Is Hosting A Monthly Long Brunch Series

Drink, Eat, Sydney / 22 February 2021

After a sold-out inaugural event, The Dolphin’s long brunch is back.

The weekend is the perfect time for a slow start. It’s about switching off the alarm and lounging around knowing you have no inbox to rush to.

That’s why we’re such big fans of a leisurely long brunch experience. You know what we’re talking about: the type where there’s juice (and bubbles) flowing, endless delicious dishes, and plenty of reasons to kick back with your mates.

So, that’s why we’re thrilled to share news of a new boozy brunch series happening in the heart of Surry Hills. The best bit? It kicks off this weekend.

After a sell-out inaugural event, the team from The Dolphin is bringing their oh-so-popular long brunch event back. And now? It’s going to be happening on the last Sunday of every month.

Kicking off from February 28th, 2021, The Dolphin’s long brunch series has been led by Head Chef Hosh Carrick who has designed an evolving menu for the event. Plus, attendees will be treated to paired Brunch Cocktails by bar manager, Josh Reynolds.

For $65 per person, attendees will be treated to a four-course brunch menu complete with coffee, juice, and a cocktail of your choice.

So, what can you expect from the menu? Start with dishes such as toasted prawn and chive crumpet or a cheese and bacon Rotolo. They’ll also be a potato waffle served with watermelon bacon, and maple mascarpone and even a light Prosecco and Passionfruit Trifle.

The best bit? There’s a Long Brunch event locked in each month from now until Christmas.
