Summer In The Domain Is Back, Bringing Outdoor Live Music Concerts To The City This March

Cool Sh*t, Play, Sydney / February 15, 2021

The live music concert series, Summer In The Domain, will land at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney this March.

It’s been a long time between sets, hasn’t it Sydney? While heading to a crowded theatre or indoor stadium is still a little while away, there are a few exciting live music events to add to your agenda. The best bit? Tickets for one of these events go on sale TODAY.

That’s right, the Summer In The Domain live music event has been given the green light to go ahead this March. After a brief postponement, the outdoor concert series is slated to kick off in March 2021. And it’s one to add to your calendar with a stack of top-notch local acts taking to the stage.

Taking place at the Domain and Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, Summer In The Domain will look a little different in 2021. Instead of standing outdoor events, the organisers are laying out picnic table pods on the grass to allow punters to watch their favourite acts take to the stage for the first time in ages (in a COVID-safe way, too).

So far, there’s a tonne of must-see performers hitting the stage at Summer In The Domain. The confirmed acts include Vera Blue with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Ball Park Music, Mallrat, Hayden James, Thelma Plum, Client Liasion, and more. There are more names set to be announced soon as well.

In 2021, the event is capped to just 2,000 attendees to minimise crowding and congestion. Plus, everyone will be allocated a social distanced picnic table area to ensure you can enjoy the music, food, and time with your mates (without worrying you’re going to lose your spot). Currently,  there are 4-person and 6-person pods available for each show.

Want to head along to this concert series? Get in quick, tickets are going on sale today (Monday, February 15th) at midday AEDT. To find out more and secure your spot, click here.
