Celebrate Melbourne Cup Day under the palms at SoCal Sydney
It’s the race that stops the nation, and this year you can experience the excitement of the Spring Racing Carnival’s biggest day, in the Californian cool SoCal Sydney in Neutral Bay.
This year SoCal are putting on a delicious feast for $85 per person. Start with a glass of GH Mumm Champagne upon your arrival then settle into a shared banquet style feast with friends.
Drawing inspiration from the modern Southern Californian ‘share-style’ street food and fresh Latin American spices and flavours, the menu is a smorgasbord of finger-licking goodness. Highlights from the menu include: tequila gazpacho, grilled octopus with Alaskan salmon caviar, beer battered flat head tacos with pineapple jam and chipotle and grilled Moreton Bay bugs and King Valley herb and jalapeño. Finish your feast with a cheese board and chocolate truffles.
Live the party to its fullest potential by adding a 2 hour Beverage Package for $55 per person. You will be able to watch all the action from race day on one of the screens. Remember to wear your finest attire, there’s a prize for best dressed.
