Gazing over the venue’s unrivalled city view, for $155 per person, enjoy a delectable, Ibero-American seated lunch on the luscious terrace or in the botanical dining room.
After enjoying a glass of GH Mumm French Champagne upon your arrival, feast on a delicious 8 course menu. Begin your feast with oysters with blood orange sangria, Veracruz ceviche on blue tostada and smoked mushroom queso. Then enjoy larger plates of crisp pork belly with mint and lotus root and barbeque Balmain bugs with red chile brown butter. Finish your lunch with a selection of desserts including the dolce choc pistachio truffles followed by artisan cheeses with homemade lavosh and condiments.
