Begin your feast with oysters with blood orange sangria, Veracruz ceviche on blue tostada and smoked mushroom queso. Then enjoy larger plates of crisp pork belly with mint and lotus root and barbeque Balmain bugs with red chile brown butter. Finish your lunch with a selection of desserts including the dolce choc pistachio truffles followed by artisan cheeses with homemade lavosh and condiments.
