The Royal Palace Seafood Restaurant has made its grand debut in Chinatown boasting three levels of dining in the historic Golden Century site.

As the doors closed on several iconic Chinatown establishments, the anticipation for a new culinary gem grew. Enter the Royal Palace Seafood Restaurant, seamlessly blending cherished Cantonese classics with innovative creations and adding an extra layer of delight with Dim Sum lunches.

Spread across three opulent levels, this restaurant exudes grandeur at every corner. Upon entering, level one welcomes you with its captivating seafood tanks filled with lobsters, crabs, fish, and pipis. These fresh treasures are skillfully transformed into dishes, including the delectable Pipis in XO sauce, steamed oysters with ginger and spring onion, and the fiery spectacle of Singapore Chilli Crab, prepared with live Mudcrabs. The transformation of these ingredients into exquisite dishes is an integral part of the dining experience, offering a visual feast before your meal even begins.

For connoisseurs of Chinese barbecue, the Honey Glazed Char Siu and Crispy Roast Pork are absolute must-tries, showcasing the culinary prowess of the chefs. Meanwhile, the signature Mud Crab Congee is a late-night delight that promises comfort and flavour in every spoonful.

One of the most exciting additions to the Royal Palace Seafood Restaurant is its outstanding Dim Sum offering. On level two, a bustling atmosphere prevails as diners savour classic dim sum creations served fresh from trolleys and trays. Beloved favourites such as har gau prawn dumplings, siu mai, and Cheung fun rice rolls take center stage, joined by surprises like pai gwut, tender pork with black beans, and egg tarts. Sweet dim sum options like mango pancakes and pineapple buns are the perfect way to end your meal.

Level three is the dedicated functions space, accommodating up to 175 seated guests and providing room for standing functions, making it the perfect spot for weddings, special occasions, and year-end parties.

The Royal Palace Seafood Restaurant is now open, heralding a new era of Chinese dining. This three-level establishment, firmly rooted in the legacy of Cantonese cuisine, guarantees an unforgettable experience that captures the essence of Chinatown’s grand dining traditions.
