Best known for their curated chef menus, Quoi’s 12-course degustation will see the best of Chef Mason’s work, creativity and passion, and you get to snag 2 seats for just a total of $235. The full journey includes a snack course, with mini delights such as mornay baked oysters, toasted corn tarts and steak tartare with macadamia. This is then followed by a delicious meal of seafood and meats. Highlights include scallop ceviche with green tomato, cucumber and lime, toothfish served with cauliflower, leek, miso and beurre blanc, as well as tender wagyu with a side of parsnip, confit garlic and mushroom ragout. For dessert, choose between a classic cremé caramel or a decadent chocolate layered cake.

At just 29, Chef Josh Mason has an already impressive resume, earning his culinary stripes under some of the best Michelin-star restaurants in the world (Atelier Crenn, and Coi in San Francisco).
