The team behind the CBD venue, Shell House, has opened a new rooftop bar called Panorama Bar, and it has more than just the views to draw you in.
Located on the top floor of The International, this new rooftop bar is redefining the way we do drinks and sunsets. Whether you’re here for the cocktails, the beats, or the people-watching, Panorama Bar has arrived just in time for summer.
The vibe? We’re calling it laid-back luxe. Think plush lounges, glowing neon signage, and a DJ spinning everything from house to disco as the sun dips behind the horizon.
Offering all day dining and late night drinking, The Panorama Bar cocktail list features signature sips like the Skyline Sour (yuzu, gin, and egg white) and the Golden Hour Spritz, a zesty mix of elderflower, sparkling wine, and citrus. Prefer something classic? You’ll find spicy margaritas, espresso martinis and more on the list.
The food menu is just as impressive, crafted by Culinary Director Joel Bickford, with Executive Chef Danny Corbett and Head Chef Kazu Matsumoto (ex-Chaco Bar and Aria). Designed for sharing with friends, guests can enjoy crispy calamari, spicy prawn tacos, and charcuterie boards to start. For something more substantial, be tempted by meats hot off the hibachi grill with a range of premium yakitori skewers from octopus and black garlic to Char Sui pork belly. The menu also features high quality seafood dishes, including freshly shucked oysters, raw tuna, kingfish and scallops. And not to be missed are the truffle fries… a necessary addition in our eyes.
Whether you’re celebrating something big or just the end of a long week, Panorama Bar is where good times are made…and great cocktails are sipped. Cheers to that!
