Oktoberfest at Ripples Chowder Bay

It’s October! Time to dust off the old Dirndl dresses and Lederhose for Oktoberfest! To celebrate Ripples Chowder Bay have designed a German-inspired menu and have partnered with Young Henrys to provide a range of different craft beer to pair with the food.

The event is on next  Thursday 16 October from 6.00 pm. Tickets are $39/person and includes three course dinner designed by Ripples Chowder Bay Head Chef Kristian Gamble and craft beers.
The menu is as follows:
To Start: House made soft pretzels, churned butter
Entree: Roast pork belly, braised red cabbage, apple, jus or braised beed cheek goulash, mashed potato, creme fraiche
Sides: Green bean salad, mustard, dill, sauteed potatoes, speck, onion, sauerkraut, pickled cabbage, white wine, caraway
Dessert: Traditional apple strudel with vanilla custard
