Be prepared to feast, as NOLA dishes up multiple decadent courses. With a glass of Champagne Taittinger on arrival, guests will next enjoy Sydney rock oysters teamed with NOLA’s famous corn bread and creole butter.
From there, indulge in a choice of entrees, mains and desserts. For entree, think rillettes of smoked ocean trout, snapper ceviche or decadent fried calamari. For mains, the NOLA team will be treating you to their pit-masters pick, with the likes of brisket, roasted chicken and lamb teamed with a variety of speciality sauces.
