Mark your calendars! Mudgee’s annual wine and food month festival is coming back and the festival is offering an exceptional experience to remember. Initially established as a week-long tribute to the wine industry, this event has become an iconic festival for all attendees, travelling from the city and neighbouring regional areas. After more than 40 years, the festival is now one of the longest-running events in New South Wales, with tastings, trivia, dinners, and more.
A range of local wine and produce events are set to take over the Mudgee region this September, including the highly anticipated signature event, Go Grazing. This event will feature a delicious five-course degustation dinner, created and prepared by Sharon Winsor, an esteemed Ngemba Weilwan woman from Indigiearth. Held at the Craigmoor historic vineyard, Go Grazing is set to be a sell-out and promises an unforgettable culinary experience. A new and exciting event called Meet the Makers will take place at The Barn, located in the Blue Wren Farm. Meet the Makers features a delightful fusion of local food and wine, hosted by some of Mudgee’s finest winemakers.

Twilight Tastings (September 8th and 29th)
Prepare to have your taste buds tantalised as you sample the finest wine and food from Mudgee through vibrant market stalls, nestled right in the heart of the town. Explore the bustling marketplace, discover new flavours and enjoy the best Mudgee has to offer.
Go Tasting (September 2nd)
Immerse yourself in a public wine tasting featuring a selection of the region’s finest vintages. With over 100 wines to choose from, you can savour delightful flavours, from unique drops to unfamiliar pairings. What’s more, you have the opportunity to bring home your favourite wines at exclusive Go Tasting prices to enjoy at home.
Wednesday Wine Trivia (September 13th and 27th)
Take your wine knowledge to the next level with a crowd-favourite event: trivia! Join some of Mudgee’s biggest & best wine personalities for two casual evenings of questions and good times.
