“My favourite chef is my mum.” An Italian homestyle feast awaits at The Pavilion.
Nothing tastes as good as mum’s home cooking. So this year at The Pavilion Head Chef Damien Worthington has designed a menu inspired by his own mother’s cooking and the dishes that he grew up eating. He has tapped into his fondest memories to prepare a specially crafted menu.
This park oasis situated in the heart of the Domain invites you to celebrate this special day for mums over a meal prepared with love, delving into the great traditions of food and family.
On offer is a decadent four course Italian feast, teamed with a glass of Prosecco and a posy for mum! The menu includes delights such as comforting pillows of gnocchi served with lashings of tomato sauce and sausage. Following on from it are dishes such as oxtail stew, fish and fennel in a parcel, plus lentils braised in red wine. You’ll want to make sure your mum leaves room for dessert, with warm pear and orange cake served in milk chocolate sauce. If that wasn’t enough, patrons will also receive whipped ricotta, rum and fresh berry compote.
This exclusive lunch will be available on Sunday the 13th from 12-3pm for $95 per adult, and $55 per child (3-12 years old)
