The Botanist Kirribilli is opening its doors early to host a Champagne brunch this Mother’s Day, Sunday 12th May. A special set brunch menu has been curated for the day by Head Chef Jordan Wijeadasa which is sure to impress the special ladies in our lives.

For $55 per person you can enjoy a selection of brunch favourites with all mums also receiving a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne on arrival, and an Applejack x Four Pillars gin marmalade jam jar to take home.

Sweetcorn fritters, avocado, tomato preserve
Vegetable crudités, labne, za’atar, sumac
House gravlax, crostini, pickles, cream cheese, dill
Zucchini frittata, chorizo, shallot marmalade
